请问`纽约地区I-485,iI-130 concurrently file到底寄到哪里?

是不是 I-485 寄:

I-130寄:

USCIS Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden StreetSt.
Albans, VT 05479-0001

但是在I-130 又看到

NOTE: If the Form I-130 petition is being filed concurrentlywith Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residenceor Adjust Status, both forms at the local USCIS officehaving jurisdiction over the place where the Form I-485applicant resides.

这是不是说我可以去NYC那个USCIS去同时交I-130和I-485
