I thought I had replied last night.

I got my PhD in Mechanical Eng... Had 4 journal papers, 6 conference, 2 patent applications, peer reviewer for 2 journals, etc. The RFE asked for evaluation letters from the funding agencies. I submitted 5 more letters for the RFE.
