Hi! CW,
That is my 3ed extension for Hib in this company. But I did not pay that amount money when I did my 2nd extension.
For this time, at first, my lawyer told me that I have to pay that $750. I used company check paied this amount money plus others. After my H1b approve, we got return check for that $750 from USCIS.
