Xiaobaitu, radiology and other experts: AP application

Hello,

I have applied EB-1 and ted both 140 and 485. They are still pending. Currently I have a H1B.
1. Do I have to apple AP if I want to come back to states when I visited China? Can I use my h1B to get in?

2. In my situation, is the chance to deny my H visa really high?

3. How long does it typically take to get an AP?
