Thanks a lot. Is AOS independent of the employment? Ask some stupid questions: what is EAD, AP, and the relationships between H1B and them. One of my question is: if my wife's company does not sponsor H1b or other sort of immigration status, can my wife stay at TN status when I file 140 and 485.
