I filed my I-765 this Sept. and got a Receipt from INS. after I read it, I found INS will send me a I-797 when a decision on this case is made.
My Question is: I am applying I-765 (EAD), why INS will send me a I-797 when a decison on this case is made?
Does anybody know I-797?
