EB3 LC: 3/2005; EB2 LC: 12/2006

我准备 FILE 1st I140 based on EB3 and then 2nd I140 based on EB2 (request carryover PD).

我的律师说第二个I140可能会出问题, 因为我两个 LC 是同一公司, 而且同一公司. 而EB2 和 EB2的 job requirement 自然就不同, 因此自己就相互矛盾了.

但我还是想试试, 请问你怎么看? 多谢.
