急救：有人收到过Intent to Deny的REF么？

EB1B Premium Processing，第13天收到了Intent to Deny通知，律师说从没有见过这样的REF。
要求： evidence that the beneficiary has at least three years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic field
这个需要准备什么啊？我在这里读了5年的PHD，难道不算么？

还有就是里面把outstanding的6个条件全部列了一遍。

最可气的是这个REF，连petitioner都还是别人公司的名字，签证官都忘了改

看样子，PP真不是不好啊
