09272005 ted,10072005 noticed,DIY NIW to VSC.
05242006 transfered to NSC
01102007 checked NSC with outside the processing date
02072007 approved letter sent for USCIS website.
Does inquiring letter work? I am not sure.
Good lucks to I-140 pender.
