technically, wife loses I-485 eligiblity when divorce becomes final. If divorce after I-485 approval, she can keep GC. If I-485 approved after divorce, the GC can be revoke (especially during check when applying N400)

No effect on child's I-485, unless he/she is step-child.(not your child but became your legal child after marriage to child's mother)
