No limition on numbers of extension,if the judge think it's seas

I think the government would like to settle on this case.
BTW,if judge approved to dismiss the case,you don't need to go to court, & have to appeal only.If US attorney filed a motion to dismiss,but judge didn't allow to do so,then you need to go to trial.
