同学的劳工(EB1B)同时申请了140和485, 她随劳工也交了485申请, 最近她要自己办NIW, 在140表中"Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? " 是选择YES (因为她交了485, 有了A#), 还是选择NO? 谢谢!
