xiaobaitu and experts, request comments on WOM case udpate

xiaobaitu and experts,

NC pending almost two years. Filed WOM already two months and AUSA asks for one extension. was told that they are working on my case: expediting NC. seems positive, right? How many extensions are allowed?

What should I do right now? Do I need to preare for worst case: is that possible they may file motion to dismiss later and I have go to the court?
