AP I131 filing question, please help, Thanks!!!

1. 关于照片

Passport-style 照片可以吗？
I－131 表的说明中提到 "the photos should show a three-qurter frontal view of the right side of your face." 如不是Passport-style 照片,去照相时应如何说明(in English)要什么类型的照片?

2. 我是 485 pending,申请过AP，但没用，已过期了。 现在想再申请， I－131上有Part4 关于issued reentry permit (见下面)，我不用填吧？表格上(Part3中间) 说如果申请AP, skip to Part 7
