父母绿卡

给父母办绿卡，我先交的130(485还没交)，刚收到receipt，上面写everyone needs to wait for a visa number,只听说给在国内的兄弟姐妹办要等这个 visa number，可我绿卡现在就在美国境内，难道也要等visa number？有谁分开办过吗？你们的receipt上都怎么写的？
