Just a reminder. Be prepared to stay with your current employer until you get green card. If you move at any time during case processing, your case will be abandoned due to the character of EB1-OR. In other word, the immigration officer wants to know if your are still working with your employer and he/she needs your employer's signature before making decision of your I-485, the adjustment of status. So you may also try NIW at the same time. Good luck.
