For 2nd FP, Please Help! ask xiaobaitu, radiology etc 高手们

Dear Friends,
My NIW I-140 & I485 RD 07/2005. NIW I-140 was approved on 09/2005. I did my first FP at the end of 09/2005. Now It's been 16 months since my first FP done,I think my first FP was expired. What should I do? Just wait like xiaobaitu said, they won't send you 2nd FP since NC is pending, or I should call USCIS for 2nd FP? Thank you very much for your opinion. Is there any friend who received 2nd FP without doing anything after 16 months or less or more? I really worried about this.
