劳工卡终于批了， 分享一下， 顺便问问题

律师赶在perm开始前递交了劳工卡申请， 这一等就等了两年整。 还好， 今天终于批了。 比我原来预期的要快一点， 原来我想， 最迟也就是９月３０号嘛。 现在的结果不算差， 大伙不要着急， 该来的都会来。

这样我可以递交１４０， ４８５， EAD, AP了， 是吧？ 但我还有３年H1, 是不是EAD一旦批准 H1就失效了？ 还是说只有使用了AP后， EAD才会覆盖掉 H1？ 我知道可以用AP出入边境而不用签证。
