I don't understand why my attorney insist to suggest me to file my whole family's 485 together with my EB1b 140. I already told her many times that I don't want waste money. We can file my hu*****and's 485 after my 140 be approved. However, she said that we can transfer our 485 to link to my hu*****and's I-140 in case my 140 be denied.
