Treaty on TAX : H4 to H1?

Hi,

I have a question regarding tax return on Treaty. I know J and H both qualify for the treaty. But my situation is that I changed H4 to H1 in July 2006. Do I still qualify the treaty? I get confused with different resources. Please clarify me. thanks
