I wrote to the first lady too. But it may not work very well. It passed almost 2 months. I havn't got any response yet. I guess many people have wrote to her and she can't be of help any more.

But fortunately my boss wrote to the first lady's hu*****and for my parents' B2 visa. I got responses from the office and they are really working! I was surpried.
