1）part 2 #2: 我是选e:change of employer吗？
2）part 2 #5: requested action，是选哪个？
3) part 4 #8: if you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition: a)ever been given the classification you are now requesting? b)ever been denied the classfication you are now requesting? 我应该选yes还是no?
