3rd: April 12, 2006 (code 1)
June 26, 2006 called USCIS
June 27, 2006 email knowing NC pending with FBI
June ??, 2006, filed FOIA, and get "No RECORD" response
July-August 2006
Letters to Senators, Congressman,FBI in DC, local
FBI, First Lady, NSC, etc.
Oct.-Nov.2006, received letters from FBI(get the
letter from First Lady, Senator,
Congressman,
Oct. 2006, RFE from NSC, ted middle October
Early Jan. 2007, Letter to first lady again.

Did not see any progress by Feb. 2, 2007, and started preparing WOM since 3 weeks ago.

Feb.3, 2007, USCIS email approval notice.

I guess, something I did may play a role in my approval,so please keep trying, and finally you will get it.
