Thanks, xiaobaitu. Which one is fast?

(1) I can file N-400 for citizenship right now. after I get citizenship, apply immigration visa for my son.
(2) file I-824 now.
Xiaobaitu, which one is fast (1) or (2)? Do you think my son may get B-2 visa now (he never come here before)? If he gets B2, is non-immigration visa any trouble for his immigration application later? Thanks again.
