you have to push your employer and attorney to complete the paperwork. It took me 2 months to get my manager to write me the job deion.

if you have everything ready, just need to wait about 1-2 months for advertising.

once it's filed online, it's very fast. My case was approved in 2 weeks. I begain to talk to manager about my green card application in Sept 2006, and PERM approved a week ago.
