请问小白兔

I am going to send out my 140 NIW petition, but I am not sure what kind of documents shoud be attached for my spouse and child. Should I put all the documents in, such as copies of their passport, H4 approval letter, I-94, bith certification, marriage notarization, father-son relationship notarization, etc. Thank you in advance.
