Xiaobaitu, one more question about I-824

Do I need to send copies of I-140 and I-485 as evidences when I file I-824? For some reason I did not put my son's name on I-140 several years ago, but I did on I-485 and marked down "not apply with me". If I only send I-140 as evidence for following to join, how can find my son's information? My question: do we need to give two forms with I-824? Thanks.
