File I-824. 他们要求Attach the evidence

1. copy of the original petition or application.

We file by E-filing, we have no copy of the form we
filed. Then what should we send as the copy of
original application?

2. Copy of the Form I-797, notice of action, for the
original petition or application

That is Receipt Notice or approval notice or Both?
