请问OPT报税是不是按照学生办?那样的话,

是不是不用交Medicare跟Social Security,另外是不是还有每年前$5000不用交税的政策?
哪里可以找到这些条款呢?我们公司从来没有经验,所以我现在得去说服accounting的人.去了IRS网站,没找到具体的条款.
