移民局的官老爷咋比俺还会算机？

从交140和485时就和LP商定，不拿到卡不回国，又省机票又省AP申请费。抗了一年多抗不住了，公司要我去加国出差，想不申请AP都不成了。咬牙忍痛交了申请费，苦等了两个多月，昨天终于发现LUD, AP批准了，尽管还没寄到手，终于可以向上司交差了。

今天略带炫耀地向老板显示移民网站查询屏幕的批准通知，没想到打开之后发现了另一条信息如下，把俺搞晕了。如果是批准信，为啥不早不晚，非要把俺最后一份申请费榨出来才肯批准，而且还要附加上这么多不明不白的条件。若不是批准，ADIT啥的到底是啥意思呀，求大虾们给看看吧。
