父母很穷，怎么出国

我家很穷，拿社会低保，没有房产证，也没有其他各种能证明会回国的材料。
我就想让他们对签证官说，这么多年我一直在读书，没有尽过孝，想让他们来我这里一
个月，再则让他们出国看看。这样行吗？（我还在读PhD）
