1。看了rx350给的连接，我应该适用245(i)。而不是245(k),因为我是2000年8月file LC的。
There is also a limited extension allowing people who have the petition or LC filed by April 30, 2001 to benefit, though there are additional requirements in such cases.
2。同样我老婆应该也可以享受此条款。
