I agree with "ambrose_redtip"'s post. I also learned the same thing from one of the Attorney's comment.

Basically, you can wait until after 180 days to file a change of employer under AC21 if your case has not been determined within this time. What your wife needs to do is to find a job ASAP, and wait until 180 days to file the change. Does that make sense? Let me know.
