爸和妈怎么能要回护照？谢谢！！！！

爸和妈去签证，签过了，签证官还说恭喜，可是签证官没给小票，下午爸妈去拿护照，没小票门卫不让进。现在的问题是我们和领事馆里联系不了，门卫也不肯帮忙通知里面，老两口急得不得了，那位大侠给出个主意，谢！！！！！
