恳请帮忙：父亲病重急需回国

我现在是I-485 pending status. 没有其他身份。我上周已经申请了I-131(AP) (返美证),还没有收到 receipt notice. 也不知道什麽时候才能批下来. 我住的地方靠近亚特兰大, 亚特兰大中心不能办 Emergency AP.我父亲病危,很难挺到春节. 我现在急得不行, 什麽事都做不了, 只想早点回去陪陪他,和他说说话,他也很想我.我想先回去, 等 AP 批下来后, 让劳工寄回中国, 我用 AP 入境美国, 不知这样行不行? 还有什麽办法没有?
