感谢各位的答复

就是说，在中国是不可能得到TD签证的，只有变成加拿大移民（持中国护照），才有可能到美国驻加拿大使馆申请TD签证。
另外，根据本人目前的情况（TN签证），配偶有没有可能在北京拿其他类型的签证来美呢。如果办团聚移民，等候的时间可能会很长，不定因素就多了。
