请问Vermont中心的J1-waiver过来人!

请问DOS寄recommendation letter to Vermont Service Center的J1-waiver朋友们, 最近有收到移民中心的receipt和approval的吗? 我的recommendation letter 已经邮到Vermont Service Center一个月了, 可没有任何response. 今天在他们网上看, 说如果2个月得不到任何消息, 可以打电话, 这意思是他们不给receipt吗? 直接approve吗? 在这看了其他中心的朋友都很快收到receipt了. 请最近的过来人分享你们的信息, 谢谢!
