TSC I485 approved after WOM

file WOM ３５天以后 ， 受到了online approval notice:

NIW, TSC

I140 & I485 concurrent filing: 4/11/2005

I140 RFE: 4/29/2005

I140 approved after RFE: 8/5/05

1st FP: spouse 5/27/2005, primary applicant 8/5/2005

PD current: 11/2006

2nd FP: 11/27/2006

Get the same responses from Congressman and First Lady: primary applicant
was stuck with name check, while the spouse' name check was cleared on 11/15
/2006.

WOM filed: 12/19/2006

Online approval notice: 1/24/2006

WOM递上去以后我就回国了。 回来后给AUSA打了电话. 好象我们这个district的案子都是一个律师负责的 。 我打过去以后， 他就直接说， I believe the case is going to be approved. I will send you the copy of the approval notice and motion to dismiss afterwards. 我以为还要等一段时间， 结果２４号早上就收到了２０多封USCIS的approval email.

不过我们还没有收到‘card ordered'这样的email, 不知道是不是正常。 现在就等律师的信了。
