今天去了local 移民局问name check情况，感觉就是十分frustrated.

我们的485从8月2004年开始pending，而且还要pending下去。问那个官员，他给了一个移民局关于name check的fact sheet，好像跟网站上差不多，我们这个时间的长度属于1％里的。还有什么措施可以采取，问1800好像那个地方永远都是机器，没有人工服务。而且我们去local移民局不能拿到关于case的written notice，各位朋友是怎么问他们拿的。我觉得移民局知道现在有许多lawsuit，所以不肯给written notice给我们，怕我们都是WOM。去了一趟，感觉就是白跑和浪费一上午时间。

今天本地volunteer律师的hotline给我回复电话了，告诉我说要sue美国的政府机构很难。又给我了留个电话，说花30块咨询30分钟，再问一个律师具体的情况。这也不是摆明要钱吗。
