Sure. You can try. I think your case is strong for NIW. But EB1B is much faster because the I485 can be filed concurrently, the quota is available now, no waiting time.

EB1a is a good try also because it is not employer related and the quota is available.

I have good NIW and EB1B packages. I beileive they can help you greatly.
