how to apply advance parole document

I-140 approved, I-485 pending, Now I want to apply advance parole, could anyone help me with the list of documents needed for the application:

1) Application fee
2) I-131 form
3) copy of I-485 receive notice
4) copy of current immigration status
5) two photos
6) do I need write an explanation letter? what kind of reason is best ?
