真的感激极了!! 我现在极度心慌中.

我在网上看到这样一段话:
“You can stay in the US after the expiry of your OPT, provided an application is made for your H1 within 60 days of expiry of your OPT."

可从你的CASE看起来, 你是在OPT EXPIRE前2天才FILE H1的APPLICATION呀, 也行吗?
