请问申请H1B的问题

在美拿到H1b，这次要回中国，回来时需要申请签证。
需填DS-156表。
在美时，曾应家庭暴力被逮捕过，并被判misdeamor，probation3年。期满后，申请expungement,获得法庭的批准。

请问在填“Have you ever been arrested or convited for any offense or crime ,even though subject of pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action?"时，是yes or No？
