Document needed for B-2?

I am currently an H1-B visa holder. I want to invite my parents from China to visit me. Could anyone help me as to what kind of documents I need to present to the U.S Consulate in Shanghai?

As far as I know, I should prepare a bank statement, my valid H1-B visa copy, an invitation letter (English and/or Chinese?). Since this is the fist time for my parents to apply for the visa, I don't know if I need to provide further information.
