FILE 140 和485 12/05/06 ,至今没有收据,CHECK 也没CASHED,是不是
1:寄丢了? 如果是,丢失的LC 原件怎么办?
2：i have two LC ,and one 140 approved,but i changed job,this time i filed 140/485 use the old piority day(08/2001),do you think that is the reason why they delay because they need timme to check the first 140 is true.
