H1可以去Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands吗?

我是刚从F1转到H1,还没有回国换签证,但护照已经在中领馆换过新的了,上面没有任何签证记录,请问这种情况下可以去Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands吗?入关时会有什么问题吗?需要携带什么文件?谢谢.
