More on AOS/HB1

Sorry for being so hair-splitting, but I still need experts' confirmation on the H1B-beyond-6 year extension issue.

Again, here is my situation:
H1B (6th year) will expire in 04/2007
Already filed I140/I485 last November under EB2 category (PD: 2003), and got I140, AP, EAD approved in the same month. AP, EAD have not been used yet.

Can I apply for 3 year H1B extension? Many thanks.
