Xiaobaitu, please help: 485 processing date

My 485 receipt date was 6/22/06. NSC just updated their 485 processing date to 7/13/06. Does this mean they started opening and processing my case, or they have completed reviewing my case? There is no update though from USCIS website regarding my case. Approx how long would it take, in my case, to get 485 approved?
