I-485终于批了

一直以来没有在论坛中讲述我的绿卡申请经历，现在做个总结。

2003年6月递I-140 NIW。经过1年半的等待，2004年12月意外被拒。
不甘心，2005年3月重递I-140 NIW与I-485。
2005年5月，在没有appeal的情况下CIS自动reopen被拒的NIW，然后批准。
7月，第二个NIW也批准了。向CIS写信要求确认较早的优先期。
8月第一次Finger Print。
2006年5月，优先期排到。月底Infopass的结果是"everything is OK, and you will see the results in 2 months"。
7月，未见任何结果，再Infopass, “Name Check is pending"。
8月，写信给FBI local office, 询问name check。月底接到FBI电话 “FBI has completed your name check and the results have been forwarded to USCIS headquarter early this month"。
9月，Infopass，“Name check is still pending"。
9月底，写"Intent to sue"信给CIS，30天期限。
11月7日，WOM against CIS only。13日，AUSA served，60天期限开始计时。
2007年1月11日，第二次Finger Print。之后一直没有LUD变化。
12日，AUSA要求延长期限30天，法官批准。
17日，I-485批准。

没有什么喜悦，感觉就像拿到本就属于自己的东西。
