1. 必须用AP，否则即使能够回到美国，I-485会deny -xiaobaitu
为 什 么 会 这 样 ？

2. My I485 is based on my spouse's I140. My F1 OPT is valid untill September. Can I still use F1 OPT to work?
After I file I485, can I apply H1B in April?

3. How long will it take for the AP approval? My baby is in China now. I want to take him back as soon as possible?
